The MTS Digital Media Academy provides Professional grade videos written, shot, acted, edited, scored, and produced entirely by MTS Students.
Students in the Video Department produce five minute videos, both fictional and documentary, using modern, professional-grade equipment such as; Macintosh video and sound labs, Final Cut video editing software, Canon digital video cameras, Maranta digital recording for sound, Pro Tools and many other countless options to produce the best video technology can provide!
The Com Arts Digital Media Academy presents the .EDU Film Fest
Minnesota's first school sponsored film festival, featuring short films written, shot, edited, and scored by student filmmakers.
ComArts High School and the Parkway Theater are proud to announce that the first annual .edu Film Festival will take place on Friday, May 23rd and will run from 10am until 4pm with an optional screening and Q&A at 5:30pm
All student screenings and events take place at Parkway Theater in South Minneapolis.
All submissions are due by April 23rd. Please go to www.edufilmfest.org and to download a submission form.
