Students will be involved in physical activity for an entire 85 minute block every other day. During this time they will develop an understanding of the importance of an active lifestyle throughout their life. Activities include, but limited to: Basketball; volleyball; badminton; foosball; ping pong; football; and strength training.

This a combination course of Health Education and Physical Education. Students will split time every other day in the classroom and in the gymnasium. Health topics will include: Wellness; disease; growth & development; sex education; pregnancy & birth; body systems; and the affects of alcohol, tobacco, & other drugs. Physical education portion of the class with focus on being an lifelong active participant of physical activities.

This course focuses on the physical component of Health. Students will learn different training programs and the advantages/disadvantages of each. Students will also assess their fitness level and determine from that assessment, fitness goals they would like to obtain. Based on the assessment results and goals, students will develop an individualized 12 week program to help them achieve their goals.
